(GREER, Ariz.)- One of Scottsdale’s most popular chefs joins Hidden Meadow Ranch for one night only at HMR’s Inaugural Long Table Guest Chef Dinner on August 10, 2013.
Hidden Meadow Ranch, Arizona’s premier luxury guest ranch located near Greer in the White Mountains, is pleased to welcome Lee Hillson, Executive Sous Chef of The Phoenician, a AAA Five Diamond luxury resort located in Scottsdale. Chef Hillson will work side-by-side with Hidden Meadow Ranch’s own Chef de Cuisine Ben Mulé.
Starting at 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 10th, the award-winning chefs will partner together to prepare a four-course elegant interpretation of rustic Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
As a new experience at Hidden Meadow Ranch, the meal will be served outside on one continuous long table lit by soft candlelight overlooking the Meadow Pond against a beautiful backdrop of Pondrosa pines and aspens.
“I am excited for the opportunity to not only prepare my favorite dishes at Hidden Meadow Ranch, but also to serve guests sitting at one of the longest tables I’ve ever worked,” said Chef Hillson. “I have always loved Hidden Meadow Ranch, so I’m planning to bring a little bit of home with me to share with guests at this special place.”
