The Charter Lots are large one-acre lots at the northwestern end of the property near the large trout pond. These lots border either the National Forest or the 50-acre Meadow Preserve and have beautiful views of the aspen-dotted mountainside. A separate gated entrance is available to the Charter Lot owners. Only nine of the original Charter Lots remain, plus one resale, Lot 35. The Charter Lots require cabins of full hand-hewn log construction sized between 2,500 sf minimum and 4,500 sf maximum. These are custom lots that offer maximum flexibility, with no set timeframe for construction and your choice of architect and contractor.
Adjacent to either the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest or the Ranch’s private 50-acre meadow preserve, the Charter Lots command spectacular vistas of the surrounding aspen-dotted mountains and woodlands. Each lot encompasses at least one acre, ensuring privacy and tranquility for future homeowners, yet ownership of a Charter Lot custom log home at Hidden Meadow Ranch also means access to Hidden Meadow Ranch’s recreational activities, amenities and Ranch House dining. The Club staff can do as much – or as little – for you as you’d like, from full maintenance of your Cabin to simply providing housekeeping and having it ready for your arrival.
