Arrival at HMR, check into cabins

5:30 PM-6:00 PM 
Horse-drawn wagon ride to feed the Ranch horses
Margaritas or fresh-squeezed lemonade can be offered in our signature "sippy cups"

6:00 PM-7:00 PM
Welcome Reception at Ranch House outdoor BBQ area
Gourmet appetizers and bar available

7:00 PM-8:30 PM
Dinner: Ranch House outdoor BBQ area
Dinner menu: Western buffet right off the grill

Day Two

8:00 AM-9:00 AM
Breakfast: Ranch House Restaurant for breakfast buffet and Chef’s action station

9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Meetings

12:00 PM-1:00 PM
Lunch: "Burgers in the Barn," burgers and all the fixin’s off the grill at the Outfitter Barn

The Great Race, team-building event
Group relay event with four timed activities.  Winning team receives certificates handed out during dinner.
