Ranch? Resort? It’s a taste of both.
The serenity of a wilderness setting and the refined taste of gourmet meals are not mutually exclusive. Case in point, our casually elegant Ranch House Restaurant offers “western mountain cuisine” with the finest selections of meats, game, poultry, seafood, and vegetables, with organic selections and much locally sourced. Served under a soaring timber roof, lit by soft candlelight and a magnificent stone fireplace, you won't know you are deep in the world's largest Ponderosa Pine forest. You can tempt your tastebuds right now by checking out our sample wine list and breakfast, lunch and dinner menus (click on a photo below).
