Lunch is an afternoon delight. Enjoy our menu of soups, salads, and sandwiches to keep it on the light side. Or, dive into a plate of pasta or grilled salmon as a heartier option. Gourmet dinner sweetened by cool mountain air. Prepared only with the finest seasonal ingredients, we’ll delight your palate with marvelous appetizers, rich warm soups, crisp fresh salads, and hearty sophisticated entrees ranging from seafood to regional game. For dessert, linger over a sinfully delicious gourmet pie, cake or tart—and don’t miss our regionally famous homemade ice cream. Evening meals are served in two seatings. From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., dinner is a casual experience for families with young children. After 7 p.m., the restaurant provides a more sophisticated atmosphere for adult guests. Alcoholic beverages are available, including an extensive beer and cocktail menu and an exceptional wine list.
Special meals in the great outdoors. Our staff regularly plans special dining events, such as campfire breakfasts featuring Dutch-oven biscuits and gravy, picnics in the forest, and barbeques at the Meadow Pond or the Trout Pond. Group meal events can also include trail ride pack lunches, "Burgers in the Barn," Western buffets, and other unique options. Non-alcoholic beverages are included.
